During this stage, the home begins to take shape through concept development, design refinement and detailed documentation. Site conditions, orientation, functionality, sustainability and long-term liveability are all carefully considered.

Once the design documentation is sufficiently advanced, we move into pre-construction planning.

As a boutique builder, Tremul Constructions intentionally limits the number of projects we undertake each year. This allows us to maintain a high level of quality control and provide a more personalised experience throughout the build.

Director David Tremul remains actively involved throughout the construction process, overseeing workmanship, coordinating trades and ensuring every project continues to meet our expectations for quality and attention to detail.
